NAERIC ROPING FOR CA$H

(Sept. 2024) - The NAERIC Roping for Cash Futurity is now accepting nominations for NAERIC-enrolled foals of 2024 that are bred by members of the Light Horse Marketing Group.

The 2028 futurity is slated to be held in conjunction with the Manitoba Rope Horse Futurity, traditionally held in September. To enter a foal, the nomination form must be completed and submitted /postmarked to the NAERIC office (barb@naeric.org) NO LATER THAN December 31, 2024, along with the nomination payment of $100 (CAD).

NAERIC will guarantee a minimum purse of $5,000 for this event to be split between heading and heeling. For complete program guidelines please see the NAERIC website: https://naeric.org/events.asp and click on NAERIC ROPING FOR CA$H.

The 124 foals of 2023 nominated for the 2027 event generated a guaranteed purse of $22,400 to be split between heading and heeling.

The North American Equine Ranching Information Council (NAERIC) is a non-profit association of equine ranchers engaged in the collection of pregnant mares' urine (PMU). NAERIC serves as an agribusiness resource for the latest science on ranch management, equine care, breeding practices and marketing programs. The council is dedicated to ensuring that the NAERIC brand represents the highest quality attainable.
